    • Info: To truly appreciate the repertoire of Chris Summerill he must be seen live, there are no two ways about it. Chris provides one of the highest energy shows today and whether it's a 15 minute acoustic support slot or a three-hour-flat-out-full-band-electric-extravaganza you will definitely feel like you have witnessed something special. These shows can be incredibly diverse too, not a man to be limited by genre, Chris has been known to play rock, pop, soul, folk, jazz and just about anything else and still somehow blend it coherently into a set. As a testimony to his stagecraft Chris has shared the stage with artist such as Bad Manners, The Racing Cars, Dr Feelgood, The Automatic, Killing For Company and Mike Peters.

    • Info:  The Bus Pass Blues Band - Four seasoned musicians with many years experience of live performances individually playing all over the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. Formed nine months ago playing blues, rock and loving every note.
  • The Hideaway Trio

    • Info: Formed in 2008 by Gareth Price, the Hideaway Trio are a power trio who blend blues, rock and soul/funk into a sound of their own. The Hideaway Trio is the band that sees Gareth, stepping into the role of playing ,singing and writing. His love for the blues is what drives his music but he’s influenced by other music such as rock, jazz, gospel and soul. Gareth’s key influences as a guitarist are Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, BB King, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Doyle Bramhall II, Rory Gallagher and Matt Schofield.

    • Info:  Dolly Mavies is a Singer/Songwriter based between Oxford and London; with Welsh roots and soulful sounds, Dolly's music captivates, with haunting vocals and ambient tones. Her combination of folk, soul and acoustic guitar create an emotive and poetic soundscape channelling life, love and loss. Dolly Mavies has been likened to artists such as: Florence and the Machine, London Grammar and Daughter.

    • Info:  Two guitars and a trombone. It shouldn't really work, should it? But it does! Fabulous vocals and well known tunes. All the way from Bristol. They say: The Harrisons are a Bristol based trio with the unusual line-up of two acoustic guitars and a slide trombone. But don't be put off, it really works! Steve Treble, John Cornick and Al Thomas play a mix of country, standards, rock and roll and musical tunes. All three sing in close harmony as well as being veteran players of their instruments. You never know what's coming next.

Brecon Fringe Festival 2017

Brecon Fringe Festival 2017 will take place from Thursday, August 10 - Sunday, August 13. There are 30+ venues again in 2017 with live music and other events taking place all over town and in nearby villages.
