    • Info:  Andrew Bazeley and his skill at conveying the sound and the spirit of the old acoustic blues have drawn gasps of admiration wherever he plays: whether it’s the Son House/Charley Patton slide style (played on an authentic 1929 National) or the melodic fingerpicking style of players like Willie McTell and Robert Johnson (on his 1918 Gibson). But his range is broader: the hokum songs from Bill Broonzy and Memphis Jug Band can be heard alongside the likes of Hoagy Carmichael and even the soul classics of Marvin Gaye and Smokey Robinson.     • Info: Music changes over the generations, for better or for worse, but As they say, there’s no school like the old school and Over two years ago four talented ex pros got together and formed something that caused Jaws to drop all over South Wales. Front man, gentleman, family man and dear friend Todd Sadly passed away in March 2018. As Bus Pass seemed destined to be without a voice that seemed irreplaceable, legacy played its hand and Todd’s talented son Jamie took to the mic, once again. A true passing from father to son. Since then a synergy has evolved in Buss Pass that both father and son should and would be truly be proud of. Bob (percussion) and Jason (double bass) have been added to the line up, and gig as duo, trio or 4 piece. They say: This year we are playing Upton festival, Brecon Fringe, Tenby Blues as well as being regulars at Cardiff's Cafe Jazz, Cardiff and Bristol Bootleggers, and Goose and Cuckoo near Abergavenny. Have just gigged at Brown's in Laugharne and a very successful private garden party! We have recorded our first CD with a mixture of full band and duo songs. See us on Facebook and Reverbnation.     • Info: Jane Williams , originally from Cardigan in West Wales but now residing in Cardiff , has been singing since she was 15 and performing on stage, radio and with bands in Welsh and English . She sings and plays the ukulele and piano in - Omega Two with Pete Mathison guitarist with Ray Davies in 90’s and Wee Small Hours Duo - with pianist Gareth Hall .She is very much in demand as a jazz singer for The Keith Little Trio and The Rhythm Aces .She was recently performing on Van Morrison’s album - Roll with the Punches released September 2017.After being contacted by Wild Willy Barrett ( of John Ottway & ‘Really Free ‘ fame ) she is now lead singer in Wild Willy Barretts Roaring Touring performing all over the UK . Pete Mathison moved to Wales to join Jump Blues Pioneers, Red Beans and Rice. It was this line up that recorded the legendary album "Live at the Dublin Castle" and "RnB Jambouree" they toured extensively in Europe. Pete became an ‘In demand’ session musician in London, he went on to record and tour with Ray Davies of the Kinks for many years. Pete has also played with Paul Weller and is currently the lead guitarist for the Bella Collins Band.

    • Info:  Bella Collins has been active on the Welsh music scene since the age of 14, cutting her teeth amongst Wales finest blues musicians. Now at 23, début album ‘Late & Blue’ was well received, with particular attention from BBC Radio 2 Blues Show. Bella possesses a unique vocal style, incorporating a crossover of genres; blues and jazz to folk. Earning recognition & praise on both British and American soil following a performance at The Bitter End, New York. Bella draws influence from the likes of Sister Rossetta Tharpe & Pearl Bailey, to Crosby Stills & Nash and John Martyn. With a second album and feature EP on the way the band will be performing previously unreleased new music.

Her simple, yet beautifully crafted songs have been honed to perfection over the last decade. Brecon Fringe Festival 2018

Brecon Fringe Festival 2018 takes place from Thursday, August 9 - Sunday, August 12. There are 25+ venues with live music and other events taking place all over town and in nearby villages.
